A Chase Small Craft Deblois Street Dory, all wood, built in 2017 by the seller, recently refinished the hull in and out with new paint and varnish. Boat has always been stored under cover and under boat port with little usage. She is 18 foot 8 inches long, 4 foot 10 inch beam, weighs about 250 pounds. sail is 90 sqft, oars are Shaw And Tenny 8 foot 10 inch. Sale is all up with trailer and both are titled in NC. With a minimal classical interior giving amble family room inside. She sails well and rows well. Is quite stable for her size in the right hands. As a Swampscott she will carry quite a load.
