SUMMARY:Northern California CLC Builders Rendezvous
DESCRIPTION:In or near Northern California? Want to show off your CLC boat OR see what other locals have built? \nOur friends at Gray Whale Paddle are hosting an informal CLC builders rendezvous at Lake Natoma in Sacramento Sunday\, September 22\, 10:30 am-2:30 pm!  \nThis will be our fourth year doing this event. Past events had a great turnout with up to 25 boats on display\, and a CLC Teardrop camper. The hope is to make this an annual event and encourage anyone interested in small wooden boats to attend with or without a boat. \nNever built a CLC boat? No worries\, come and meet other builders and small boat enthusiasts. All small watercraft are welcome\, it does not need to be a CLC design. Pack a lunch\, load up the boat and spend the afternoon at the lake. \nThanks to our colleague\, West Coast rep\, and boatbuilder Larry Froley\, who offered to organize this casual enthusiast meet-up. Larry is our Kaholo SUP development partner and the owner of Gray Whale Paddle. \nThus far\, Gray Whale & Friends tentatively plan to bring the following boats: \n\nKaholo 14\nKaholo 12-6\nKaholo Nui\nSan O’ 16\nMystic River Canoe\nChesapeake 17LT kayak\nOxford Shell II\nAnnapolis Wherry\nTeardrop Camper\n\nPlease fill out this RSVP to let Larry know if or what you will be bringing (click RSVP link here). The more boats the better!
