SUMMARY:WaterTribe Minnesota Voyageurs Challenge (MNVC)
DESCRIPTION:The Voyageur Challenge commemorates the paddling route that French-Canadian fur-traders\, or Voyageurs\, used back in the 1800’s. \nThe MNVC distance is roughly 210 miles – following the Minnesota/Canadian border for the majority of this challenge. This challenge can be completed as a group\, but group size is limited to eight or nine people and four kayaks or canoes. \nAll WaterTribe events are dangerous events as defined by law and common sense. You are responsible for your own safety. \nDeadline to Register:  July 30 \n

SUMMARY:Wellfleet Rowing Rendezvous
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this free event is to promote rowing\, and allow participants to experience the feeling of rowing different boats.Old Wharf Dory Co. will have a fleet of rowboats available to test out\, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own so that others can see and experience the many options for getting out on the water and doing what you love: row. \nBoats on trailers can be launched for free at the boat ramp at the Wellfleet Marina\, next to the beach\, or hand launched at the Wellfleet Town landing right next to the commercial pier.
