Imagine is a Shrimper 19 Mk1, Sail #168. She was built in 1985.
The hull is in excellent condition. She was painted with Awl Craft 2000 epoxy in 2023 and the Cukote bottom paint is fresh. The Gelcoat on the topsides is showing some crazing but there are no leaks.
The mast, boom & gaff are in excellent condition. The original Sitka spruce bowsprit was replaced with laminated Oak.
The sails are in “like new condition” as they were purchased after 2021 and the rigging is very good.
The boat is powered by a 2008 Suzuki DF-4 in good condition. This outboard will achieve 5 kts on Half Throttle.
The trailer is road-worthy as it was completely overhauled in 2023 with new cross members, new tires, wheel hubs & bearings. Lights and wiring are new in 2025.
The Shrimper 19 was featured in Small Boat Magazine in August 2022.
