Not for the faint of heart, this beautiful and fast sailboat gets the heart pumping and turns heads!

Launched in July 2018, Sialia is a Michael Storer designed Goat Island Skiff built with premium materials to Clint Chase’s yawl design. An exhilarating day sailor and competent camp cruiser, Sialia is exceptionally fast under sail and oar.

Sialia’s specs:

  1. Her hull panels are constructed out of 6mm Okoume while her tank tops are 4mm Sapele backed with 6oz s-glass for stiffness.
  2. Her frames and chines are reclaimed redwood and her gunwales, inwales, and knees are constructed from Sitka Spruce, African Mahogany, and black Cherry.
  3. She has a hollow Sitka Spruce birdsmouth main mast, mizzen mast, and yard, while her boom and boomkin are an open-block design built from Sitka Spruce and mahogany.
  4. Her foils and bottom have been graphite coated and she sports Marshall’s Cove marine enamel paint and Interlux Schooner varnish.
  5. Her mainsail was sewn by Really Simple Sails and her mizzen by Duckworks. She has spectra lines and Ronstan hardware.
  6. Her hull has a finished and fitted weight of 137 pounds.

No expense was spared in Sialia’s construction and outfitting.

COST: $7500 without trailer. $8950 with brand new Trailex trailer (SUT-500-S). That said, we will consider all reasonable and fair offers. We have invested $4500 in materials and fittings and over 450 hours in building Sialia.

Sialia is lying in Oakley, Utah, but I am open to discussing delivery options anywhere in the continental US and Canada.
