This 15′ 6″ boat was built by Alex Comb of Stewart River Boatworks in Knife River, MN.
It has white cedar planking on white cedar ribs with Mahogany transom and forward deck. Cherry outwale, Alaskan yellow cedar inwale. White oak keelson and keel. Ash seat stringers and yellow cedar seats. Outrigger oarlocks and bronze hardware.
Spoon oars are 7′ 6″ made by Shaw & Tenney out of spruce with inlaid cherry blade tips. They have horn oarlocks with oar leathers.
The outboard is a 3 1/2 horsepower standard shaft Tahatsu. It has never been run.
The boat trailer is a Trailex SUT-220-SA with 12″ wheels, and one spare wheel.
Trailer dolly is also made by Trailex.
The boat has only been in freshwater one time, and has been stored indoors. It is like new. No checking on the varnish.
